Our Privacy Promise
We delete all personal data within 100 milliseconds of verification.
No databases. No honeypots. No tracking. Just truth verification.
1. Overview
Task Lock Technologies LLC has developed patent-pending Universal Truth Protocol technology that verifies information without storing personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information during the verification process and our commitment to privacy.
2. Our Zero-Storage Architecture
How It Works:
- Data enters our system for verification
- Multiple independent systems verify the claim
- Cryptographic proof is generated
- All personal data is deleted within 100ms
- Only the binary result (verified/not verified) remains
3. Information We Process (But Don't Store)
For Age Verification:
- Facial features (deleted immediately after age estimation)
- Government ID data (deleted after verification)
- Biometric markers (processed, never stored)
For Survey Responses:
- Survey answers (stored anonymously)
- Email address (only if voluntarily provided for updates)
- Timestamp of submission
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
We are committed to protecting children online:
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17 years of age
- Our age verification system is designed to protect minors from inappropriate content
- We do not store any data about children
- Any use of our Technologies used for unintended purposes or to harm can/will be investigated and addressed with appropriate consequenses
- Parents can contact us at contact@tasklocktech.com with any concerns
5. How We Use Information
Verification Process (100ms deletion):
- Confirm age for content access
- Verify identity claims
- Authenticate image and video captures
- Authenticate physical objects
- Detect synthetic media
Survey Data (if email provided):
- Send early access notifications
- Share child safety resources
- Provide technology updates
6. Data Security
No Storage = No Breach Risk
Traditional security concerns are eliminated through our zero-storage architecture. We can't lose what we don't have.
7. Third-Party Services
We may use:
- Cloudflare for website hosting (see their privacy policy)
- Email services for voluntary subscriptions
- Analytics tools that respect privacy
8. Your Rights
Because we don't store personal data:
- There's nothing to request access to
- There's nothing to correct or delete
- There's no profile to opt out from
- You have complete privacy by default
9. California Privacy Rights (CPRA)
California residents have specific rights under the CPRA. However, since we don't store personal information, traditional CPRA requests don't apply. We exceed CPRA requirements through our zero-storage design.
10. International Users
Our zero-storage architecture exceeds GDPR, CPRA, and other privacy regulations worldwide. We process data momentarily for verification only, regardless of your location.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our technology evolves. Check the "Effective Date" above for the latest version.
